A synthetic soft shackle is made from high-strength synthetic fibers, offering the same reliability as a metal shackle but with added safety and flexibility. Unlike metal, it’s lightweight, won’t rust, and reduces the risk of injury if a line breaks under tension.
How much weight can this soft shackle handle?
Our soft shackle is designed with a breaking strength of 38,000 lbs., making it strong enough for heavy-duty recoveries involving trucks, SUVs, ATVs, and other off-road vehicles.
How do I use the soft shackle for vehicle recovery?
To use the soft shackle, simply loop it through a rated recovery point on your vehicle, pull it tight, and secure it to the recovery rope or winch line. It’s easy to set up and ideal for quick recoveries.

Soft shackles functioned as I was expecting, great and with no problems. I've used them to attach tree savers, shackle to sliders and roll cages, and just to winch when someone has siezed d rings. The protective sheath comes in handy and should protect the rope from any sharp edges should it catch one. Can't beat them for the price .
